Orders are typically packaged and shipped within two business days of receipt. Orders ship via UPS from our offices in Santa Rosa, CA. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment. Shipping charges are calculated when you check out. Shipping total includes product-handling costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes.
We reserve the right to hold packages if increment weather poses a risk to the quality of wine.
Shipments of wine must be received and signed for by a person 21 years or older. We recommend having wine shipments sent to a home or office where someone is present during the day to receive packages. This helps avoid re-delivery and returned shipments.
Shipments that are returned to us will be charged the full return shipping cost. A $15.00 charge per package will apply if incomplete or incorrect addresses are given and a re-route of the package is required.
We cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if delivery is not made on the first delivery attempt. Orders that are not delivered on the initial attempt may be held in a facility that is not temperature controlled.
Currently, we are able to ship to the following states: AK*, CA, CO, FL, MN, MO, NC, NV, OR and Washington D.C.
In addition, we partner with VinoShipper to ship wine to: AZ, GA, HI*, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, ND, NE, NH, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY.
*Orders to HI and AK are not eligible for $12 flat rate case shipping.

All orders can be picked up at our Santa Rosa office for no additional charge. Lucky Rock Wine Co. is located at 10 Fourth Street, Suite 208 in Santa Rosa, CA. Wine pick up will need to be arranged prior to the date of pick up. This can be done by contacting Aaron Inman at aaron@luckyrockwineco.com.
