VinoshipperHuzzah! Our yearly, limited-release, one-of-a-kind, never to be produced from the same vineyard or in the same way again wine has a new look. At the core, this series is about the thrill of prospecting and hitting paydirt while keeping the joys of winemaking alive. We've kicked up the aesthetic on this already fun project by partnering with renowned tattoo artists Frankie "DeathCloak" Caraccioli and Paul Dobleman, who collaborated on this year's label - Death and a Lady.

The grapes for this single vineyard wine were picked in early September - the vineyard wasn't easy to find- but once we did, we knew it was going to be a keeper. Because we wanted to showcase these grapes in their truest form as wine, outside of a 5% bleed, minimal processing was employed. What came in the winery is what you taste in the wine. Enjoy!
Harvested 9/22/2021. 145 cases bottled, unfined.
Barrel aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of which 30% were once filled and 70% were neutral - limiting the influence of oak aromas on the wine.
100% Malbec
pH 3.57 | TA 6.4 g/L | Alc. 14.1%
So much blackberry; hints of brown spice + herbs. Soft and velvety tannins braced by medium acidity. Very long and enjoyable finish.
